Food and Wine: Flavours of Rivers, Sea and Lagoon

Prosecco and Piave wineries, cheeses, San Daniele ham and local farm produce: the flavours of the area.

Between rivers, sea and lagoon, the food of this land tells the story of its seasons and its trades: Prosecco from the UNESCO hills, wines from the Piave plain, cheeses aged in grape pomace, sweet hams from Friuli, walnuts, rice and vegetables grown just a few kilometres from Casa Fiorindo.

Here are the wineries, dairies and farms we recommend to our guests. It’s always best to book visits and tastings in advance – you’ll find contact details on their official websites.
