A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009, the Dolomites are among the most beautiful mountains in the world: spires and walls of pale rock that glow pink at dawn and dusk in a phenomenon known as ‘enrosadira’. Nine mountain groups and dozens of peaks over 3,000 metres create unforgettable scenery.
Setting off from Meolo in the morning, you can reach the Belluno Pre-Alps or the Cortina d’Ampezzo basin for walks, hikes towards the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, alpine lakes and mountain huts – and be back in the quiet of the farmhouse by evening.
