City of Romeo and Juliet and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Verona tells two thousand years of uninterrupted history. The Roman Arena dominates Piazza Bra and in summer becomes the stage for the world’s most famous opera festival; a short walk away are Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza dei Signori and the famous balcony of Juliet’s House.

Cross the Adige on the Ponte Pietra and climb up to Castel San Pietro for a view over the city at sunset. Nearby, at Valeggio sul Mincio, the Sigurtà Garden Park is enchanting in every season.
